You don't need to have the whole path figured out. You just need to take the next step.

Growing up in Delhi as the middle child of three, Tisha Garg was never someone who could sit still. She played almost every sport imaginable, competed in dance at the national level, and was involved in NATIONAL CADET CORPS - India and National Service Scheme Life was busy, social and full.

Then came March 2020.

Her Class 12 Maths exam happened. Her Business Studies exam didn't. COVID cancelled it.

At first, it felt like a relief. Then the isolation began.

Friends drifted away. Conversations moved online. Tisha, who had never really been a phone person, suddenly found herself disconnected from everyone. By late 2020, she was at her lowest. Her CLAT attempt hadn't gone well, she had stopped talking much, stopped going out and spent most days sleeping and watching Netflix.

Her sister noticed.

In December, she found a digital marketing course in Connaught Place from Digiperform and simply told Tisha, “Go. Just get out of the house.”

Those classes became a turning point. Between January and March 2021, she started meeting people again, communicating again and slowly finding her confidence and learned a lot by her mentor Vikrant Panwar

By May, she had her first internship at Mind Aviator Group And from there, things moved quickly.

She became the youngest person in the room at her first company and eventually became Assistant Manager – Customer Growth.

At her next company, Creative Nexus , she was trusted to decide which clients the agency should take on. Her bond with founder K. Prabhu is like a friend.

Today, at 23, Tisha is working at Cyfuture in AI, data analytics, data centres and GPU infrastructure — a space she deliberately chose because she believes that's where the future is headed. And she got here without a big-name college.

She completed her MBA through distance learning at Amity University Online

That's why one of her strongest beliefs is simple: your starting point doesn't decide your destination.

Some people with prestigious degrees don't know what they want. Others who struggled with entrance exams go on to build teams, lead businesses and create opportunities for themselves.

Tisha's journey is proof that sometimes, you don't need to have the whole path figured out. You just need to take the next step.

To parents, she says: let children explore what they love — whether it's sport, dance, art or something that doesn't fit neatly into a timetable.

Sometimes, it's simply deciding to get out of the house and try something new.

Tisha did. And she hasn’t stopped since.
