"Take risks. Keep learning. Keep your ego aside, and don't be afraid to change direction when life demands it."
That's Hardik's motto at 28, and one he's already earned the hard way.
Born in Gandhidham, Kutch, Hardik Lalka spent a formative part of his childhood at Jain Hostel, a boarding school, living away from home at a young age. That early independence taught him how to adjust, read people, and figure things out on his own, skills that would later become the backbone of his entrepreneurial life.
His parents remain his strongest support system, his father instilling hard work, responsibility, and independence, his mother keeping the family grounded and connected no matter where life took him.
And then there's his wife, Renu, whom he genuinely calls his lucky charm, someone who's made his ambitions feel more meaningful simply because he now has someone to share the journey with.
Curious by nature, Hardik has always been drawn to business, economics, markets, and understanding how the world actually works, alongside a love for travel, luxury experiences, and calculated risk.
While formal education gave him a foundation, entrepreneurship became his real classroom. Building All About Amazon, managing teams, working with international clients, and handling money taught him lessons no degree could.
The journey started during COVID, and it hasn't been a straight climb. There's been real growth, but also slow periods, financial pressure, partnership changes, and moments where he had to rethink things he'd spent years building.
Through it all, he learned something important: being busy doesn't always mean you're moving forward. Sometimes progress means setting ego aside, admitting something isn't working, and changing course entirely.
His biggest lesson: never make permanent decisions based on temporary emotions. Fear, anger, excitement, and ego can all make expensive decisions on your behalf if you let them.
At 28, Hardik doesn't feel like he's "made it," and he's at peace with that. He's still building his story, one that includes growing as an entrepreneur and investor, traveling the world with Renu, taking care of his family, and continuing to take smart, calculated risks along the way.
