“Never struggle in silence. Asking for help is not a weakness. It can be the first step towards rebuilding.”
Myah grew up in Kolkata in a middle-class family, an only child. She lost her father at 13, a moment that shaped her deeply. She watched her mother, a homemaker, step into professional banking to support the family, an early lesson in courage and reinvention.
A keen student who loved poetry, public speaking and dance, she went on to become a Telecom Engineer with an MBA in Marketing, topping her engineering batch and earning an MBA scholarship. Later, her curiosity about the connection between body, mind, & behaviour led her to train in Dance/Movement Therapy at TISS.
She joined TCS through campus recruitment and spent the next decade and a half building a career across technology, Big Four consulting and aviation loyalty. The work taught her how to improve processes, but it also deepened her curiosity about people: what drives us, and what helps us thrive.
So she took a leap of faith, left full-time corporate life, and founded "Move with Myah", her coaching and consulting firm. As a first-generation entrepreneur, she says the journey has challenged and stretched her, and still fills her with possibility.
Her darkest chapter came in 2014. She was emerging from a difficult relationship while facing workplace burnout, and her health collapsed. She was bedridden for two months. At work, she was the high performer leading a team of 20. In private, she was struggling. That contrast became a turning point.
Her subsequent training in Dance/Movement Therapy deepened her understanding of mental health, the body and their role in how we live and lead. Rebuilding taught her to listen to herself and stop expecting to do everything alone.
Beyond work, Myah’s journey across 33 countries, 10+ cities, and seven languages has shaped her belief that understanding people begins with looking beyond our own perspectives.
Her biggest lesson: choose an unscripted life, one lived by design, not by default. Success isn’t just about meeting expectations. It’s about having the courage to question them and define what a meaningful life looks like for you.
Today, Myah has impacted 18,000+ professionals across 30+ countries, helping leaders strengthen human capabilities in an AI-driven world. Her accolades include LinkedIn Top Voice (2024, 2025), Top 200 Creator Professionals (2026), and Top 10 Women in Coaching (2026). She has worked with leading brands like Microsoft, Google, KPMG, Barclays, Amazon, and Siemens.
For her, the greatest achievement isn’t recognition, but turning personal experiences into meaningful impact for others.
Her message to anyone who feels stuck in a life that looks successful but feels scripted: you’re allowed to question it, ask for help, and begin again.
